This page explains what happens to the information you share through this website. It is written plainly and kept short on purpose.
When you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, the nature of your inquiry, and anything you write in the message field. Your phone number is optional.
That information is sent to me by email so I can respond. It is not stored in a database on this website, and this website has no account or login.
The contact form is ordinary email, not a secure clinical channel. Please use it to tell me that you would like to talk — not to describe a diagnosis, test results, medications, or anything else about your health.
Anything clinical happens after we connect, through a scheduled consultation or through my secure client portal, which is built for health information. If you have already sent something sensitive through the form, tell me and I will remove it.
Inquiries stay in my email while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward in case you get back in touch. If you would like your inquiry deleted, ask and I will delete it.
No one. I do not sell, rent, or share inquiry information, and I do not send marketing email. The only third parties involved are the ordinary services that carry and store the message — the web host that delivers this site, the email service that sends the notification, and my email provider.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used. It does not tell me who you are, and it is not connected to anything you send through the contact form.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can block them through your browser settings or by using Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will work normally either way.
This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this page ever changes, the date at the top will change with it.
